Wow…where do I start?!? I was so excited to learn that I had the opportunity to photograph my long time friend on her wedding day. For those of you who don’t know, I am from a small town that is tucked away on the east coast of Canada…on an island. On the island of Newfoundland, My friend Natalie and I grew up in a charming little town of 5000 people and graduated from classes that ranged from about 20-30 people in size! The fact that we are both now living in the U.S. and were reunited in Michigan on her wedding day was nothing short of special. Natalie, her sister Noelle and I, have shared many great memories while growing up together and it was just fitting that we were all together again on this special day.
These photos speak for themselves, but if I must give a preface…Natalie is just beautiful and her husband Toby is a wonderful guy that can light up a room with his beaming smile and personality. It was a hot day in Michigan for any Canadian, but since getting used to southern summers here in North Carolina, to me it was a cool, breezy day…lol.
